This Treatment Kit contains the new Malem Wireless enuresis alarm. At bedtime, your child attaches the Easy-clip sensor to the outside of his or her close-fitting underwear. This sensor is connected to the 1.5” transmitter that magnetically attaches to the waistband. The small 3”x3”x3/4” battery-operated wireless receiver can be placed on a bedside table, dresser or anywhere up to 50’ from child’s bed.

Once moisture is sensed, a loud alarm sound comes from the receiver. Once this receiver is triggered by wetness, it continues to sound until the reset button is pushed. This helps ensure that you and your child wake up to the alarm, and your child actually gets out of bed to turn it off. A volume control dial on the receiver allows the user to control the level of sound. This alarm also offers the choice of one single sound, 8 random sounds, or of selecting up to 8 sounds to play each night.

You get to pick Your overlays. This kit contains two washable, waterproof overlays that lay on top of the sheet. These help with the transition from disposable pants to cloth underwear by decreasing the laundry burden! Start the night off with one overlay, and simply replace it with a clean one when your child wets. Choose from the flat overlays that lay smoothly on the sheet or the tuck-in style, with 18 inch flaps of fabric sewn on each end of the pad. These tuck-in tails allow you to secure the ends of the pad between the upper and lower mattress - nice if your child is a restless sleeper. Designate a style- flat or tuck-in, and a size- regular (twin) or large (full), depending on the size of bed your child sleeps in. (If your child sleeps in a queen or king size bed, select the larger full overlay.)
