Since 1904 Georg Jensen's timeless Scandinavian designs have graced tables and jewelry boxes around the world. For over a century, Jensen has produced some of the finest objects in Scandinavian modern designs in silver. Growing up close to forests and lakes just north of Copenhagen, nature was a primary source of inspiration. Fruits, blossoms, leaves, animals, and organic shapes would be a constant thread throughout his designs.  His obituary in the New York Herald Tribune hailed him has the greatest silversmith of the last 300 years – his legacy as a design innovator living on today.
